Customer Service Officer - Temp To Perm

A number of outstanding opportunities are available for experienced Customer Service professionals to join one of Australia's leading Consumer Electronics and Home Appliance brands in various Customer Service / admin based roles. These are initially ongoing contracts with future opportunities for permanent positions.
Your key responsibilities will include:  

• Responding to customer queries and demonstrating a genuine willingness to provide solutions 
• Using excellent questioning and listening skills to seamlessly engage with customers to identify how to best assist them
• Demonstrating a high attention to detail 
• Applying your strong admin skills for record-keeping purposes

What you will bring to this role:  

• Extensive Customer Service experience (call centre, retail, hospitality or reception)
• Highly developed communication skills, both verbal and written
• Demonstrated experience in identifying customers' needs, and providing solutions to meet those needs
• Excellent admin skills
• A team player who establishes strong working relationships
• Computer literate with the ability to learn new systems quickly
