A career opportunity awaits for a person with skills and experience in Customer Service via inbound and outbound telephone calls. Our office is located in Spring Hill and is a 5 minute walk from Central Station as well as being near a number of bus stops.
Job training is provided and all staff have opportunities to progress to different roles in the organisation based on skills and ability.
THIS IS A LONG TERM ROLE INVOLVING SUBSTANTIAL TRAINING. PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU ARE NOT WILLING TO MAKE A LONG TERM COMMITMENT TO THE ROLE.
The ESSENTIAL skills are:
- Minimum typing speed of 50wpm
- Experience in Customer Service (especially by phone) a MUST
- Accounts Receivable background would be highly regarded
- Very strong attention to detail
- Computer literate (microsoft office suite)
- The ability to learn new tasks quickly
- The ability to follow work instructions and stay within work guidelines
- The ability to be self managing and self motivating
- Strong numeric and literacy skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision
- Able to work to deadlines
- Able to organise and prioritise workloads
The successful candidate will be self motivating and able to work efficiently and in an organised manner.
