About The Role
You will support new and existing customers in helping with varying queries regarding access and security systems.
Duties:
- Inbound calls from new and existing Customers
- Prompt process of Customer orders and credit claims
- Contact Customers for follow ups, Sales and Service calls
- Assist customers with the repair / replacement of faulty products
- Complete required documentation in accordance with procedures
- Level 1 tech support and troubleshooting
Skills & Experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- A positive and resilient outlook
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Customer service experience is desired
- Computer literacy and the ability to multitask
- Hardware product/industry knowledge - Beneficial
