Horsham, Australia Reference: 6569183 About the RoleYou will professionally represent the Council and staff of the Horsham Rural City Council by providing courteous, efficient, and high-quality Customer Service. Duties include cashier, telephone, and other general reception services.
With the Customer Service team being the main point of contact for our customers, we respond to, at times large volumes of customer requests via several channels. Being able to multi-task and prioritise is essential. Clear communication is also a key part of this role.
About YouYou will have extensive previous experience in the cashiering/reception fields and/or completion of secondary school and relevant industry-based short courses. You are a team player, flexible and solution focused. Having a customer centric attitude is something that you are passionate about.
