About the Role:

Duties:
- Answer all incoming customer calls in a friendly, professional and efficient manner including conducting follow up/outbound calls as required.
- Accurately record customer requests in the CRM system.
- Monitor call volumes and take proactive steps to ensure all calls are answered within adopted service standards.
- Provide back up to administration and front counter functions as required.
- Must adhere to council values: Respect, integrity, compassion, innovation,
Skills and Experience:
- Full working rights - This position is 35 hours a week.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Call Centre/Phone answering skills
- Competence in computer-based data processing, spreadsheets etc
- Organisational skills
- Time management and punctual
- Multi-Tasker
More about the Role:
- Shifts times: Monday to Friday: 8:30am-4:30pm
- Pay rate: $36.18hr
