The Role
Supporting the State Managers and Sales Representatives in Victoria & NSW, your duties include:

• Effectively manage telephone sales enquiries and sales order entry for NSW & Vic
• Managing Customer Service emails
• Preparing and following up quotes with the Sales Team and direct with customers
• Maintaining a high level of Customer Service with customers, the Sales Team and the internal support functions
• Managing Customer Service issues to resolution with the Sales Team
• Maintaining internal price lists
• Maintaining and coordinating website enquiries
• Daily sales order dispatches for NSW & Vic
• Liaising with the warehouse to ensure delivery dates are met (the ability to prioritise orders and organise the shipping is critical)
• Providing transport quotes for Sales Teams
• Checking and verification of freight invoices

The Person

• You are an energetic, self-motivated and committed Customer Service Officer, with extensive experience in administration system support and have confidence in dealing with customers and Sales Teams
• You will have strong sales and administration skills including Excel capabilities, as well as being highly organized and a great communicator
