Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Officer. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional Customer Service to our customers and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services. This role requires a confident individual, with excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a satisfactory manner
- Supporting the external sales team with administrative tasks
- Collaborate with the warehouse team on a day to day basis
- Provide product and service information to customers
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges via our EBS system
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met
- Continuously assist with improving Customer Service processes and procedures
- Follow up on customer issues and back orders
- Attend product training meetings as required
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of Customer Service experience
- Experience in Myob and EBS preferred (Training will be provided)
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Customer Service software
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

- Great telephone manner
