The Role

We are looking for someone to join our growing reception team at the Alan Coulter Recreation Centre.

We consist of a large gym, indoor pool and a 2 court stadium and work on a 6 day roster. Hours are afternoons and rotating Saturday's averaging between 6-10 hours a week with the potential of expanding hours and certificates in other areas.

Key responsibility

• Provide excellent Customer Service to all customers, both in person and over the telephone 
• Promote the centres services and programs to customers and accept customer bookings and enrolments
• Develop and maintain good working relations with customers
• Promote and exercise good public relations at all times

Skills & Attributes

• Positive, friendly, helpful and energetic work style
• Current First Aid Certificate (Workplace Level 2)*
• Current CPR Certificate*
• Police Check*
• Working with Children Check*

Desirable

• Certificate 3 in Hospitality
• Barista Trained

*If you do not have these qualifications or certificates, you must be willing to obtain.

Previous experience is a similar role is desirable, but candidates with a friendly attitude and a Customer Service mindset are encouraged to apply!
