Job description
Role responsibilities:
Provide high quality Customer Service to internal and external clients, over the phone and through email.
Record customer orders and accurately input the details into the system.
Communicate with customers regarding changes to delivery times due to transport system adjustments to routes.
Liaise with Warehouse and Transport departments to process aditional orders.
Compile daily driver delivery paperwork.
Liaise with other departments, directing calls which cannot be resolved by the Customer Service team.
Ensure credits are processed in a timely manner.
Maintain the customer data base.
Role requirements:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites.
Attention to detail.
Clear (written & oral) communication skills.
Ability to develop and work within a team environment.
Previous Customer Service experience is highly desirable.
