Customer Service Operator - Results Department (Part Time Available)

Douglass Hanly Moir Pathology is an established and well-respected pathology practice, offering comprehensive, high-quality pathology across NSW and north-west Victoria. We seek an enthusiastic Customer Services Operator to join our vibrant Results department in Macquarie Park. You will be an essential team member, and your responsibilities will include the following: 

• Answering high volume inbound and outbound calls to provide results to key stakeholders, such as doctors’ rooms
• Delivers exceptional Customer Service in a fast paced health environment 
• Collaborating with other team members to achieve tasks promptly
• Conducting office duties and other clerical duties as required

• Open to working rostered full time hours Monday to Sunday, which includes afternoon/evening shift
• A hard-working, motivated individual with a strong work ethic.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and is a team player 
• Strong attention to detail with good time management skills
