Reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader, the Customer Service Representative is the first point of contact for our customers and is responsible for delivering exceptional Customer Service and providing customers with support and guidance. Working in a successful and collaborative team, the Customer Service Representative will work closely with local and national operations and Sales teams, with touch points across the whole business.

WHAT IS THE ROLE?
- Respond to inbound customer enquiries via the telephone and email in an empathetic and professional manner.
- Provide clear and accurate information about our products and services.
- Ensure customer’s records are accurate and up to date, recording customer interactions and transactions, and recording details of actions taken.
- Communicate and coordinate with internal departments and follow up on internal customer interactions.
- Resolve customer queries and evaluate all relevant information.
- Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource.
WHAT EXPERIENCE & SKILLS WILL YOU NEED TO GET THE JOB?
- Proficiency in using computer applications and systems.
- Previous experience within the healthcare, pharmaceutical or medical industries would be advantageous.
- Strong Customer Service orientation with excellent communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A keen attention to detail and strong administration skills.
- Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
