The OpportunityAs a
Frontline Services Coordinator, you are one of a team of four Coordinators responsible for managing
Frontline Services for Monash students, staff, Alumni, and visitors across six libraries via our physical and virtual service points. This is a key role in ensuring that our users' experiences are productive, useful, efficient and rewarding; we aspire to delight by exceeding their expectations.
The role includes:- Undertaking projects related to one or more of these activities: workforce planning (rostering/daily organising of staff), training (induction and ongoing development), knowledge base development and maintenance (both user and staff facing), quality assurance/customer feedback management, and service development, evaluation and business process improvement (use of processing mapping, analytics and reporting), ensuring access to the collection and management Library memberships
- Working with the other Coordinators to manage the rostering of a team of Frontline Services team members
- Fostering a user-centred culture amongst team members through continuous improvement of services and staff knowledge
- Building relationships within the Library and with stakeholders throughout the University community
- Undertaking other administrative tasks to support the management of a team spread across multiple campuses
