Customer Service Professionals!

An Australian business in Auburn is recruiting for a full time permanent Customer Service officer to join their team. In this position, you are expected to have a commitment to providing high quality Customer Service.

You will be responsible for

• Handling inbound and outbound calls
• Resolving complaints
• Completing adhoc administrative tasks
• Taking orders
• Data Entry
• Adhering to company values

You will have

• Excellent communication skills
• The ability to work in a fast paced environment
• A hands on approach
• Computer literacy
• Previous experience in a fast paced call centre or B2C role

In this small team, you will be expected to work closely together to drive business growth and provide a fantastic customer experience in all interactions.
Due to the nature of the role - you must have a calm, empathetic nature and be willing to work with a range of stakeholders.

Mandatory Requirements

• Drivers License
• Previous experience
