Great opportunity to join a highly reputable and successful logistics company, working within their Customer Service team. Full training is provided for the right person. You will enjoy team work, problem solving and will be database savvy.
Responsibilities
Inbound and outbound telephone call handling
Booking and organising transport around Australia
Processing orders and transport through CRM Salesforce
Actioning and responding to customer enquiries via phone and email
Processing customer orders accurately and to tight deadlines
Problem solving and handling queries in a professional and efficient manner
Day to day administration and Customer Service duties using Translogix software system
Key Criteria
· Customer service driven and enthusiastic team player
· CRM and database savvy – Salesforce and Translogix highly regarded
· Excellent relationship building and stakeholder engagement
· Logistics or supply chain background highly regarded though not essential
· Willingness to learn, achieve KPI’s and results driven
· Highly self-motivated, excellent accuracy and attention to detail skills
· Able to work full time hours on site Monday to Friday and the occasional Saturday morning when required.
· Flexible, adaptable and keen to achieve
