About the Position
As the primary point of contact for our customers, the Customer Service Representative plays a pivotal role in our dynamic and innovative environment. They are entrusted with understanding the comprehensive needs of our customers and driving sales through exceptional service, both over the phone and via email. In close collaboration with our branch, transport, and planning teams, this position ensures the timely fulfillment of customer requests, facilitating the efficient delivery and/or pick-up of products from Stramit sites.
This is a full time, maximum term contract, based on site at our Crestmead branch until February 2025 covering parental leave.
Key responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls from customers in a fast-paced environment
- Work both independently and collaboratively
- Accurate and efficient data entry, particularly in processing orders
- Maintain a focus on resolving both customer and business-related issues
- Strong commitment to safety protocols and practices.
