We have fantastic opportunities for a Customer Service Officers to join our call-centre team based in our Crestmead office. Permanent opportunities available:
~ Part-time - 8am-2pm, Monday to Friday - 26 hours per week, with the ability to flex up and cover leave periods when required.
~ Full-time with a range of set shifts between 7am-7pm, Monday to Saturday - 38 hours per week.

Ability to manage high volume inbound/outbound calls, on average 50-60 per day
High volume data entry of orders requiring excellent accuracy and attention to detail
Resolve internal and external stakeholders queries in a timely manner
Process, investigate and follow up claims
Be reliable, punctual, and have excellent multi tasking skills
Previous experience with CRM systems (e.g. salesforce) beneficial
Strong Excel skills essential
