SimConnect National is a leading authorized distributor of Telstra Prepaid Telecommunications and IT-related products. Due to ongoing growth within our business, we require a dynamic Customer Service Representative within our organization, to provide back of house support to both our Retail Customers and our Sales Representatives.
About the Role
Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, this role will be responsible for Inbound & Outbound Call Centre functions, Order Processing, Data Base Management, Stock Returns, Stock Control & Warehouse Allocations. Criteria around the role will include all key areas of Customer Support, encompassing a can-do attitude to Problem Solving and Customer Needs.
You will also be responsible for:
- Answering inbound calls from our large and diverse Retail base
- Processing Retailer product orders via email and phone & our website
- Customer base data entry into MYOB Advanced & CRM system
- Management of inbound Retail support requirements – stock faults
- Providing support to our internal Sales Representatives as required
- Providing resolution support to our Retailers
- Ensuring all facets of the role are underpinned by timeliness, courtesy & accuracy
