The roles:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Experience Specialist to join our National Customer Experience team.
This is a casual role with approx. 2 – 4 days per week capacity.
Key responsibilities:
- Pre-sale enquires: Answer sales-related enquiries and guide consumers through the product selection process.
- After-sale care: Communicate to customers to identify and provide solutions to their after-care enquiries. This may include handling customer care complaints and handling accessory sales.
- Data processing: Enter store orders into our manufacturing system with high accuracy and efficiency.
Your profile:
- You are customer-focused and solution-driven.
- You can communicate with clarity and professionalism regardless of the situation
- You have strong computer skills and the ability to learn new programs quickly
- Previous experience in a call centre environment with Zendesk is highly regarded but not necessary
