Those with Microsoft Office especially MS Word and Excel
Excellent attention to detail
SAP experience is a MUST
Day to day:
Receive and process orders after performing validations against defined business rules.
Managing EDI order work flows
Communicate with customers in the event of quality issues related to product, recalls or put on hold situations.
Communicate pricing and any other relevant changes to internal and external stakeholders.
Manage back orders and returns for customers from beginning through to completion.
Monitor open orders until completion and address exceptions.
Receive and answer customer queries through phone, email and fax.
Route inquiries to related department where relevant.
Investigate customer distribution complaints with warehouse.
Handle customer complaints and disputes; investigate root causes and inform customers of outcomes.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate must possess a strong "can do" approach whilst having the ability to work both autonomously and within a team. A high standard of attention to detail and time management skills are imperative along with the ability to provide a high level of Customer Service to both clients and to internal stake holders. The working environment is a collaborative one where team spirit and open, honest communication is encouraged.
