Easy Signs (easysigns.com.au) is an internet based, new age signage manufacturing company with a strong focus on technology, fast turnaround times and an industry leading customer experience. With a team of over 100 people, we have been growing quickly and are looking at ways to continue that growth. We have recently expanded into the USA, where we are establishing a Customer Service and manufacturing facility to offer the same amazing products and service to a new and exciting market.

Let's get into a bit more detail about the role…
On any given day you will:
- Assist customers in processing orders through both our easy online ordering system and via email
- Quote customers on a range of signage from a straightforward item, through to complicated multi-product quotes.
- Discuss artwork requirements with customers ranging from experienced designers, through to your Grandma who thinks Windows is what she looks out.
- Provide excellent Customer Service, answering all the standard questions such as… How long will this product take to make? When will my sign be delivered? How are you guys the most amazing sign company I’ve ever dealt with?

Well here is what we need from you:
- A decent level of intelligence; did you get a good ATAR? Did you do exceptionally well in any particular subjects? Did you complete university? Have you completed any sales or business courses? Let us know in your cover letter!
- Strong computer skills; you will be sitting in front of a computer with multiple screens for most of your day, with 5 or more applications running that you are jumping between.
- Flexibility, we run multiple shifts across our sales & support team. As such, sometimes we will need you to start earlier or finish later to ensure we hit our service targets or cover for someone on leave.
- A thirst for learning! We have a wide range of products and variations of those products; the more you can learn about them, the more efficient you will be and the quality of your service will increase!
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You are writing emails all day and discussing signage over the phone and all of this communication needs to be well written, friendly and professional. If you think an ‘i’ in the middle of a sentence is perfect as lowercase, this is not for you.
What we’re offering
- The shift we're hiring for is 10:00 am - 6:30 pm Monday to Friday (38 hour week).
- Hybrid work arrangements! You will need to be in the office full-time for the initial training period and can move to Hybrid Work thereafter.
- $31.26 per hour + overtime. Overtime is sometimes required during peak periods and will be paid at penalty rates.
