5 days per week (8.30am-5pm or 7.30am-4pm), working from our Glendenning office as part of our energetic, passionate sales & Customer Service team, completing a range of Customer Service activities including:
- Processing website and emailed orders and enquiries.
- Providing our “First Class Service” in all customer interactions
- After sales service including phone and email customer follow up
- Operate website live chat
- Follow up and resolution to freight queries.
About you!
- Enthusiastic and able to work effectively as part of a team as well as independently.
- Prior experience in phone-based Customer Service
- Ability to learn and retain product information
- Ability to meet and exceed targets including KPIs
- Meet attendance requirements and work without constant supervision
- Be well presented and reliable with honest work ethic
- Have excellent communication, organisational, multi-tasking and time management abilities
- Experience NetSuite ERP program is an advantage
- Be flexible with a can-do, positive attitude
- Produce accurate and quality work, with a great attention to detail.
- Effectively prioritise work and meet required deadlines.
