About the Role
We're on the lookout for an adept professional with a passion for Customer Service to join our team as a Service Coordinator. In this role, you'll be instrumental in delivering top-notch service for a International Luxury Manufacturing Company to it's Customers, Retailers, and Service Agents.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Thoroughly investigate and address telephone enquiries, ensuring each customer's needs are met
- Handle written correspondence from customers regarding complaints or enquiries with care and attention
- Collaborate with Technicians to resolve repair issues efficiently, updating both customers and the systems
- Work closely with the Spare Parts Department as required.
- Ensure prompt handling of all incoming telephone calls
- Complete all work orders, requests, and quotes within a 24-hour time frame
- Respond promptly to all emails and telephone enquiries within 24 hours
About you:
- Previous experience in Customer Service, Hospitality, Administration
- Fantastic communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong proficiency in time management, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently
- Highly motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Exceptional ability to handle complaints with professionalism and empathy
- Demonstrated skills in building and maintaining strong customer relationships
