The Job:
As a Customer Service Advisor you are responsible for ensuring that sales information and order expectations of Stanley Black & Decker’s customers are met. This role will be dealing directly with internal and external stakeholders with an overall focus on Customer Service excellence and order accuracy.
In this role, you will get to:
- Deal directly with technical and general queries from our dealers either through telephone, electronically or face to face if required
- Keep precise records of discussions and correspondence
- Offer written information to dealers and analyse situations to resolve their enquiries
- Process compensation and refunds

You also have:
- A passion for building relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- The ability to liaise with a variety of different type of people of people including dealerships and customers
- Exceptional communication and problem solving abilities
- The ability to work on your own with minimal supervision and actively as part of a team
- The ability to be onsite at Dandenong South OR Wacol Qld 3-4 days a week.
