Qualifications & experience
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client Service Representative
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening skills
- Advanced familiarity with MS Office, ERP/CRM systems and practices- Netsuite would be advantageous
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively
Tasks & responsibilities
- Reporting to the General Manager National Operations, you will be a part of an experienced Customer Service Team
- Processing of orders that meet the various time constraints of our warehouse and logistic providers
- Effective and accurate communication with warehouses and logistics providers
- Ensure that we meet our customer requirements, delivery in full and on time
- Escalate any issue that will impact the fulfillment of customer orders
- Development of effective business relationships with internal team members and third party providers
- Weekly review of transport and warehousing invoices for accuracy
- Mixture of daily administrative tasks required that will assist in supporting other members of the entire team
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistency in service and addressing customer needs with additional tasks as required
