We are seeking an organised and experienced Customer Service Representative to work with our established team striving to achieve customer satisfaction through every interaction.

- Relevant industry experience and knowledge of products would be an advantage.
The key responsibilities include:
- First point of contact for AAE’s customers via phone and email providing them with professional service and support on AAE’s extensive product range
- Responding to requests for quotes
- Processing purchase orders
- Build and maintain excellent customer relationships
- Accurate record keeping of products, pricing and customer account details
- Adherence to AAE’s AS9120B Quality Management System
- Work with the leadership team to execute customer engagement initiatives
- Work with the Customer Service Manager to maintain and report on Customer Service metrics, including on time delivery of quotations and sales performance
- Work with the warehouse team to ensure customer expectations are managed
- Provide assistance to management and connected teams as required
Located at Albury Airport, this permanent part-time position is available for immediate start. Hours are somewhat negotiable to help you achieve your work/life balance.
