Our mission is to be the preferred hearing health care provider and improve people's lifestyles with better hearing. About the Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Customer Service Super Star to join our fast-growing organization. We are looking for a passionate, outgoing, driven individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative(CSR). In this role, you will have to ability to build a strong rapport with clients and the local community.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Provide customer support both in the clinic and over the phone
- Diary management for Audiologists, schedule, confirm appointments
- Local area marketing & sales
- Writing reports on activities and problem solving
- Minor account management handling day to day transaction with various government departments
- Support Audiologists with administration tasks such as order releasing, filing, undertaking follow-ups, mail management, taking payment
- In clinic hearing device minor servicing & cleaning (Training provided)

Previous experience in Customer Service, retail, sales, and/or marketing preferred but not essential.
