Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls and emails from customers inquiring about products and services
- Accurately process orders and maintain customer records in system
- Provide precise and timely information regarding pricing, availability, and service options
- Professionally and promptly resolve customer complaints and issues
- Collaborate seamlessly with our sales team to consistently exceed customer expectations
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Previous knowledge in construction or manufacturing (required)
- Strong attention to detail and order processing experience
- Availability to work every 2nd Saturday
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office and other CRM systems
