Customer Service Representative - Sutherland Shire

Due to a sustained period of business growth in the local market this multinational freight forwarder based in the Sutherland Shire is seeking to recruit a Customer Service Representative to manage a diverse portfolio of clients. You must have international freight forwarding Customer Service experience in the Australian market in order to be considered for this role. 
 
Duties & Responsibilities:

• P/O management
• Shipment tracking
• Status reports
• Handling general customer enquiries and query resolution
• Liaising with overseas offices, internal departments, vendors and clients
• Provide operational support as required

Skills & Experience:

• International freight forwarding Customer Service experience essential
• CargoWise experience essential
• Computer literacy in MS Office applications
• Excellent communication skills – written and oral
• Willingness to learn and contribute to team outcomes
• Ability to prioritise and follow through
• Attention to detail
