Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: Strathfield South Office, Game Farm
Reporting To: Customer Service Team Leader
Hours: Monday – Friday, 7am to 3pm
Game Farm is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As the initial point of contact for our valued customers, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional support to our Sales/Retail team. This is a full-time position based in our Strathfield South Office, offering the opportunity for career growth and development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Support: Work collaboratively within the Customer Service team to provide superior assistance to our Sales/Retail customers. Serve as a friendly and knowledgeable point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns.
- Sales Liaison: Act as a liaison between customers and the Sales team, offering product knowledge, processing orders, and resolving any issues promptly and efficiently.
- Reporting: Compile and maintain daily reports for Sales/Retail activities, ensuring accurate and timely data for decision-making purposes.
- Order Processing: Process orders for Sales/Retail customers via email and phone, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Customer Satisfaction: Strive for excellence in customer satisfaction and service improvement initiatives. Identify areas for enhancement and contribute to the implementation of solutions.
- Relationship Building: Develop and nurture strong personal relationships with customers, fostering loyalty and trust in the Game Farm brand.

Requirements:
- Hold a current driver’s license (not essential)
- Interest in Hospitality/Meat industry (not essential)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Excel
- Familiarity with ERP systems
- Experience in answering phones and strong written communication skills
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities
- Ability to take initiative and problem-solve effectively
