Customer Service Representative - Vehicle Rental

Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Facilitate smooth handovers and returns of rental vehicles to customers.
• Provide outstanding Customer Service at all times.
• Manage opening and closing of rental agreements.
• Ensure accuracy in completing customer rental agreements using the Rental Car Manager program.
• Upsell additional rental products to customers.
• Maintain fleet integrity by adhering to the fleet maintenance schedule and managing vehicle damage.
• Assist in the delivery of vehicles to customers as needed.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Hold a current unrestricted driver's license.
• Previous experience in Customer Service or sales is advantageous.
• Proficient in English communication, both verbal and written.
• Positive attitude and willingness to tackle various tasks while prioritizing superior Customer Service.
• Strong Customer Service skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail, ability to work outdoors, multitask, and maintain organization.
• Experience with Rental Car Manager (RCM) is a plus, though not essential; full training will be provided.
• Availability to work weekends as the business operates seven days a week.
