Customer Service Representative – Part-time OR Full-time

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a key role in making it easy to do business with Laminex. Reporting to a Team Leader, you'll handle product orders, track deliveries, address technical queries, and manage credits via phone, email, and webchat.
We are now taking Expressions of Interest for both Part-time and Full-time positions. Please specify your preference and availability in your application.

- Effective Communication: Clearly communicate key information to internal teams.
- Performance-Driven: Strive to achieve key contact Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to Customer Service and uphold high customer satisfaction standards.
- Customer-Centric Focus: Maintain a customer-centric mindset, understanding and addressing customer needs with a solution-oriented approach.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Exhibit strong problem-solving skills to efficiently resolve customer issues.
