About You:
You have excellent communication skills both verbal and written along with intermediate computer skills and being team-centric and most importantly respectful at all times.
You will have great time management / multi-tasking skills, the ability to act with urgency when required and have processes in place to avoid things slipping through the cracks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Previous experience in an office-based sales role
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Customer centric - empathetic and respectful
- Exceptional time management, multi-tasking & organisational skills with a keen eye for detail
- Excellent Computer literacy (MS platforms)
- Ability to work as part of a loyal and long standing team
- Timber knowledge would be great but not essential
Responsibilities:
- Responding to incoming calls and converting to sales
- Administration – Invoicing and documentation
- Work closely with dispatch & warehouse teams
- The autonomy for you to develop & manage your own internal sales customer base
- Respond to customer samples requests
