Key Duties:
- Handle incoming sales calls and counter queries.
- Process a high volume of orders & quotes
- Ensure pricing and purchase orders are correct.
- Support sales team operations
- Manage customer phone calls and emails promptly
- Relay important customer feedback internally.
- Maintain updated sales and customer records.
- Stay informed about new products and features.
About You:
- Proven experience in Customer Service or Sales support.
- Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office.
- Understanding of KPIs.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Exceptional Customer Service and relationship management skills.
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in G Suite (Gmail and Google Calendar).
- High accuracy and attention to detail.
- Eager to learn about the Solar Industry.
