MK Talent is seeking a Customer Account Manager to join our vibrant and expanding team within a dynamic print company located in Mulgrave. This is a permanent position, Monday to Friday from 8:45 am to 5:15 pm, with a one-hour lunch break, offering ample opportunities for long-term career growth.
In this role, you will report to a manager who values initiative and encourages you to take charge without micromanagement. Your responsibilities will include managing client accounts and coordinating liaising with internal staff to organise their installations. A typical day will involve:
- Serving as the company's representative and promptly addressing all incoming inquiries.
- Managing the placement and processing of orders.
- Providing quotes to customers.
- Acting as a vital link between internal departments, ensuring seamless communication and experiences for clients.
- Engaging in creative problem-solving and finding effective solutions.
