The Role
You will belong to the Customer Service team, manage a low volume reception and manage inbound enquiries by phone, email, and the website. You will be responsible for ensuring the customer’s enquiry is dealt with in an efficient and effective manner, escalating issues as required.
You will have exemplary Customer Service experience and strong interpersonal skills, be computer literate and be able to work under pressure.
Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Answering inbound phone calls, qualifying the call, and transferring to the relevant employee
- Managing the reception (low traffic)
- Qualifying website enquiries and handing over to the relevant sales personnel
- Outbound Post Sales customer calls
- Process sales orders
- Conduct spare parts sales
- CRM and Database management
- General administrative support as required
