As the friendly voice and email correspondent, you'll be instrumental in helping customers with inquiries, providing product information, and resolving any issues that may arise.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service Excellence:
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, addressing inquiries and providing helpful support.
- Collaborate with various teams, especially the sales team, to assist with their queries and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
- Support customers utilising Retail Portals, encouraging their efficient use.
- Craft professional emails and utilise templates for effective communication.
- Handle complaints with tact, offering appropriate solutions and alternatives.
- Acquire in-depth product knowledge to communicate effectively with customers.
- Assist in transaction processing, including data entry and processing watch repairs.
- Contribute positively to the overall functioning of the Customer Service department.
