Our busy clinic in Hamilton city is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their team. Your role will be a combination of handling a high-volume of inbound calls and supporting with online appointments, ensuring patients have a smooth and positive bookings experience for their diagnostic procedures.
The role is Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week rostered between the hours of 7am and 5pm.
What you will do:
- Be the first point of contact for patient interaction
- Providing excellent Customer Service and patient care
- Managing appointments to maximise Customer Service and clinic efficiency
- Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with patients, referrers, staff and managers
- Driving the delivery of high-quality service to patients and referrers
Skills and Experience:
- Previous Customer Service experience
- Ability to multitask while using multiple computer systems
- Demonstrated initiative and willingness to learn
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Have patience and empathy to alleviate medical concerns for patients
