As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, assisting them with their inquiries and ensuring an exceptional level of service.
Responsibilities- Build strong relationships with clients and provide excellent Customer Service
- Answer incoming calls and respond to client inquiries promptly and efficiently
- Assist clients with account-related issues, including billing and payment inquiries
- Handle client complaints and work towards their resolution in a timely and satisfactory manner
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Stay updated with company policies and procedures to provide accurate information to clients
Requirements
- Proven experience in a Customer Service role, preferably in the accounting industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in using Customer Service software and tools
- Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work
- Knowledge of accounting principles and practices is a plus
