The Role
The Account Coordinator role will join an existing and experienced dedicated Account Management team, responsible for liaising directly with a portfolio of distributors to meet their clients merchandising demands.
The role will need to be confident managing the demands of a wide range of accounts; from distributors looking after the worlds largest brands to smaller independent businesses.
Specific duties will include:
- Undertake training and continually work to develop expert product knowledge across a large range of products & services
- Optimise strong client relationships to upsell & build new business opportunities
- Effectively communicate with in-house production teams to ensure orders are accurately briefed and successfully produced in-line with customer expectations
- Leverage inbound & outbound customer interaction to positively increase business profile and improve customers knowledge of relevant products and services available
- Participate in product launches, both online and in person with clients to educate them about industry trends, new brands, services or products, communicating their relevance and highlighting potential opportunities for their business
- Use extensive product knowledge and innovative problem-solving skills to provide unique product solutions tailored to client’s budget and brief.
- Manage multiple deadlines and demands simultaneously, while meeting customer needs
- Work as a team to ensure a high level of Customer Service standards
Our client is looking for someone who thrives on giving a great service experience to their clients. You are also someone that is proactive and likes solving problems. Experience within a B2B experience is preferred so coming out of a Customer Service/sales/admin coordinator type role is ideal.

- Confidence in managing deadlines & prioritising tasks
- Ability to find solutions or alternatives where required
- Effectively manage high volumes of emails through Outlook
- Comfortable & competent in using a range of different computer systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under pressure
- Strong communication skills - both verbally and through emails
- Not afraid of hard work and putting in the extra miles when needed
- Sales experience is preferred - but not essential
