Our product range consists of high-quality mobile phone cases, a wide selection of phone screen protection, individually selected repair parts and accessories backed by our exceptionable and friendly Customer Service. We also offer IOT devices & Smart Tech for the home and workplace!

About the role:

PTC are currently seeking a dedicated and driven Customer Service, Sales & Device Technician for our site in the Victor Centralstore on aFull Timebasis.

Reporting to the Store Leader, you will be familiar with working in a fast paced and dynamic retail environment. You will primarily be repairing scooters, but this may change over time. We will provide training in basic mobile device repairs so you must be willing to learn new skills and enjoy variety in a role. Not only will you be a key part of the team you will live for sales, delighting your customers every step of the way. Confident and willing to go the extra mile for your loyal and returning customers.

To be successful for this role, you will have:

  • A genuine passion for device repairs, mobile & tech!
  • Flexibility to work at least one day on the weekend
  • Experience working to and exceeding all budgets and KPI’s
  • A hard working and motivated attitude to achieve goals and commissions
  • A passion for an excellent customer experience
  • An understanding of sales processes and techniques
  • An ability to learn new things quickly and think on your feet!
