About the Role:
In this role, you will be instrumental in catering to the needs of valued customers, both assigned accounts and walk-in clients. Responsibilities include generating quotations, processing orders, and addressing inquiries regarding product offerings.
What They're Looking For:
- Exceptional Customer Service skills, capable of effective communication with individuals at all levels.
- Proficiency in computer operations, particularly MS Office and Outlook.
- Experience with SAP software is preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management capabilities, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
