Customer Service Sales Support

Our client is currently seeking an experienced Customer Service Sales Support professional to join their team in Botany, NSW 2019.

This role is initially offered on a casual basis for the first 6 months, with the potential for progression to a full-time permanent position for the right candidate.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Receiving incoming customer phone calls and managing email correspondence.
• Order taking - including keying in orders.
• Preparing customer quotes.
• Assist and serve customers in their shopfront.
• Contact customers in relation to order status and supply situation.
• Proactively call customers and inform them of backorder and substitution information daily.
• General office duties.
• Mon- Fri 7:30am - 4pm
• $35 per hour

Skills & Experience

• Previous Customer Service/ sales experience handling regular inbound calls.
• Experience processing customer orders
• Ability to undertake a diverse range of duties in a busy office environment.
• Confident MS Office skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to work well in a team environment.
