Our client is currently seeking an experienced Customer Service Sales Support professional to join their team in Botany, NSW 2019.
This role is initially offered on a casual basis for the first 6 months, with the potential for progression to a full-time permanent position for the right candidate.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Receiving incoming customer phone calls and managing email correspondence.
- Order taking - including keying in orders.
- Preparing customer quotes.
- Assist and serve customers in their shopfront.
- Contact customers in relation to order status and supply situation.
- Proactively call customers and inform them of backorder and substitution information daily.
- General office duties.
- Mon- Fri 7:30am - 4pm
- $35 per hour
Skills & Experience
- Previous Customer Service/ sales experience handling regular inbound calls.
- Experience processing customer orders
- Ability to undertake a diverse range of duties in a busy office environment.
- Confident MS Office skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to work well in a team environment.
