We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our clients team in a role of Customer Service Sales Support. This position requires you to be a detail-oriented and organised individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment. Things you'll do in your new role:

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with product information, orders, and other inquiries.
• Process orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the wider team to provide support in achieving sales targets.
• Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to customers.
• Maintain customer records and update information as necessary in the CRM system.
• Handle and resolve customer complaints or issues with patience and empathy.
• Coordinate closely with various departments to ensure smooth order processing.
• Provide feedback to the management team regarding customer concerns, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
• Contribute to a positive team environment and support colleagues as needed.

What you'll bring to the role:

• Previous experience in Customer Service, Sales Support, or a related field preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
• Proficiency in MS Office and experience with CRM software preferred.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Positive attitude, problem-solving skills, and a willingness to follow proven Customer Service process.
