We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our clients team in a role of Customer Service Sales Support. This position requires you to be a detail-oriented and organised individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment. Things you'll do in your new role:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with product information, orders, and other inquiries.
- Process orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the wider team to provide support in achieving sales targets.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to customers.
- Maintain customer records and update information as necessary in the CRM system.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints or issues with patience and empathy.
- Coordinate closely with various departments to ensure smooth order processing.
- Provide feedback to the management team regarding customer concerns, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
- Contribute to a positive team environment and support colleagues as needed.
- Previous experience in Customer Service, Sales Support, or a related field preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
- Proficiency in MS Office and experience with CRM software preferred.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Positive attitude, problem-solving skills, and a willingness to follow proven Customer Service process.
