Newly created opportunity due to growth to join leading multinational International Freight Forwarder located Auburn supporting the sales department.
The purpose of the role is to provide administrative support and assistance to the sales department in gaining and retaining customers.
The role includes tracking sales leads, coordinating and preparing quotes, providing customer support as well as supporting and monitoring sales team and relevant sales data.
Maintain Portfolio of clients as assigned.
Document all customer shipping enquiries and solution orientated to win business.
You will offer sound administrative support working closely with agents, Sales team and CS team on day to day activities.
A large part of your role will be email correspondence both internal, overseas, with both clients and partners.
Sound negotiation skills and knowledge and rates sourcing
cost-effective solution driven and orientated
Coordinate customer requests within all departments
General routine clients visiting
