About the role:
As a Customer Service & Sales Support Specialist, you will be the frontline communicator with our valued customers and a pivotal support resource for our sales team. This role requires a high level of organisational skills, proficiency in data management, and the ability to handle customer inquiries with professionalism and warmth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Queries: Manage all forms of customer interactions (phone, email, live chat) with the goal of resolving queries swiftly and satisfactorily, and provide exceptional service that enhances our brand reputation.
- Data Management: Utilise AP21 for accurate data entry, ensuring accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and stock levels.
- Sales and Stock Management: Prepare and manage Excel spreadsheets to monitor sales data and stock levels, assisting in inventory control and planning.
- Order Processing: Monitor web-based sales to ensure seamless processing and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Web Sales Monitoring: Oversee online sales activities, ensuring that all web orders are captured and processed accurately, and addressing any discrepancies promptly.
- General Office Administration: Undertake general office administrative tasks to assist the team and enhance office functionality.
Strong organisational and multi-tasking abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with general office software and equipment.
Preferred Experience:
Prior experience in a Customer Service role, particularly within a retail or apparel setting.
Knowledge of AP21 and experience with Gorgias or similar Customer Service platforms will be highly regarded.
