Job description

Reporting directly to the Customer Experience Manager, this fulltime, permanent role is dedicated to ensuring that each e&s customer benefits from a committed advocate to address their concerns. Acting as a skilled mediator between our suppliers and customers, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring timely resolution and utmost satisfaction for our valued clients.

A Customer Support Officer, with us, involves:

  • Providing hands-on support to our customers, sales teams and the warehouse and logistics team to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Coordination of customer deliveries to ensure deliveries are made in full and on time.
  • To use all resources of the company to resolve any customer issues as efficiently as possible
  • Liaise with our suppliers to assist in the resolution of customer issues
  • Managing the allocation of stock, ensuring customer requirements are met.
  • Responding to emails from both customer and sales teams in relation to sales order delivery dates.
  • Following-up expected delivery dates with customers.
  • Working closely with the warehouse and logistics team to ensure optimise delivery efficiency.
  • Assist the Accounts Receivable team with the processing of delivery invoices.

Our history:

e&s was founded in 1962 by Bob Sinclair and his two brothers. Bob and his wife Kaye then continued to build the company, establishing it as what is now one of Victoria's oldest family-owned kitchen, bathroom and laundry specialist retailers. The passion for innovation, customer care and improvement has secured e&s a place as a long-time industry leader. The company is run today by Rob Sinclair - Bob's son. 

Since taking the lead, Rob continued to expand into convenient state-wide locations to serve Victorians and recently established its first presence interstate to service commercial partners in the A.C.T.
