The Company
An exciting opportunity for a dynamic Outbound Customer Service Specialist to join this reputable ASX listed global company for 4 - 6 weeks. You will be based at one of the company's offices in NSW - Eastern Creek, with ample car parking on site.
The role
Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will be required to interact with customers to provide and process information in response to customer accounts, including:
- Making a high volume outbound calls via script
- Investigate to locate and establish contact with customers
- Build and establish relationships with customers with rapport and trust
- Skip tracing
- Record keeping/ Data processing
- Problem solving and objection handling
What experience is required?
- Previous experience in an outbound Customer Service/high volume phone based role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to investigate and problem solve
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- A flexible approach and ability to adapt to an ever-changing environment
- Motivated and resilient
- A positive and personable personality with the ability to empathise
