This role requires you to work on-site at our Ringwood office, conveniently suited to those living in the eastern suburbs.

Your Primary Role will be to:

• Deliver a Red-Carpet service by addressing a diverse array of customer needs through calls, email, and live chat, all while maintaining strict compliance with regulatory requirements and adhering to our quality assurance framework.
• Proactively contribute towards team and business process enhancements in alignment with GloBird's core values.
• Embody the core values of GloBird, consistently demonstrating We Care, We Act, and We Improve in all interactions with customers, colleagues, and other stake holders.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Resilient, empathetic, and attuned to our customers & business needs.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and an acumen for problem solving.
• Proficient computer skills with good typing speed/accuracy, coupled with a comprehensive understanding using MS Office suite.
• A real supportive team player.
• Be willing to work overtime & weekends when necessary.
