About the Role:
In this role you will be responsible for ensuring we are providing excellent service to customers, consumers, external stakeholders and other internal departments, keeping the team motivated and engaged as well as identifying improvements to processes to best meet customer needs.
Your core duties will include:
- Manage activities of the Customer Service team
- Ensure excellent Customer Service is provided to all internal and external stakeholders
- Liaise with other internal departments to ensure orders, credits and deliveries are carried out in a professional and timely manner
- Supporting other departments to ensure systems are maintained
- Review and approval of credits
About you:
Technical Skills & Experience
To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate your proven experience in a Customer Service leadership role or similar and have a strong Customer Service focus.
Ideally you will have:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Highly accurate and proficient data entry skills;
- Exceptional time management and attention to detail abilities;
- The ability to learn new product ranges and features;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills;
- Intermediate Microsoft Office Skills (Outlook, Excel, Word, One Note)
