- Oversee the performance & development of the Customer Service Team.
- Facilitate, promote and co-ordinate training.
- Liaise with external stakeholders, develop & maintain strong relationships.
- Listen to, and resolve customer complaints & feedback as required.
- Complete staff rostering, monitor qualifications, manage bookings, and set up ticketing systems for events.
- Work closely with internal teams such as Events & Bookings, Finance, Marketing & HR.
- Ensure the department operates within budget, particularly regarding staff rostering.
- Experience as a Team Leader or supervisor.
- Previous experience in Customer Service, within the hospitality, retail or leisure settings.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain strong service culture.
- Excellent communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships & partnerships.
- Experience in computer systems, and rostering.
- First Aid & CPR Certificate, Working with Children Check.
- Experience using Perfect Gym and Venue Ops software desirable.
